Here's a great recipe if you're thinking about what to do with those soon-to-be Thanksgiving leftovers!
You will need a 9" Casserole Dish
Leftover turkey, shredded or cut into small pieces
2 packages frozen broccoli, parbroiled and drained (can use equivalent amount of fresh broccoli, steamed)
8 oz sour cream
8 oz. mayonnaise
1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2-3 tsp Lavender Gourmet Seasoning
breadcrumbs, leftover stuffing, or toasted bread slices for top of casserole
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and mushroom soup and seasoning in a bowl. set aside.
Place broccoli on the bottom of the dish, followed by turkey on the top, making even layers.
Cover turkey layer completely with the sauce and top with bread crumbs, stuffing or toasted bread.
Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes covered; bake for an additional 5-10 minutes uncovered to brown the top.
