Gourmet Lavender Hummus Dip
Ingredients
- 2 15- ounce cans chickpeas garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp Lavender Gourmet Seasoning
Instructions
- Add chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, water, and seasoning to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy (if needed, add more water one tablespoon at a time and continue blending until it reaches your desired consistency).
- Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and top with toasted pine nuts if desired.
- Serve with toasted baguette, warm pita bread, or crackers.
