Gourmet Lavender Hummus Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 15- ounce cans chickpeas garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp Lavender Gourmet Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Add chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, water, and seasoning to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy (if needed, add more water one tablespoon at a time and continue blending until it reaches your desired consistency).
  • Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and top with toasted pine nuts if desired.
  • Serve with toasted baguette, warm pita bread, or crackers.
